The right side of the brain is said to be more creative and the left side more analytical. I combine both methodologies to bring the best user experiences.
It's not enough to be creative as a designer, curiousity must be met with asking the right questions. In having a passion for people, talking with them will get you halfway to answers.
Knowing when to sit in silence and observe behaviors gets you the rest of the way. Here are my areas of continued growth as I lead and contribute to various projects.
